Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with Fossini We strive to provide an exceptional experience and stand behind the quality of our products. We want every purchase to be a positive experience and will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.
When a Return Is Accepted
We accept returns in the following situations:
1. Defective or damaged item upon receipt:
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@fossini.ca.
- Provide clear photos showing the package and the damaged item.
After evaluation, we will offer:
- An exchange (if available).
- A full refund of the item’s price (shipping fees are non-refundable).
- A store credit.
2. Dissatisfaction with the product
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- However, due to the fragile nature of our products, we strongly discourage returns as items may become damaged during transit. If you still choose to return an item, the following conditions apply:
- The product must be returned in perfect condition, undamaged, and properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- A 3% restocking fee will be applied to the returned item.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return-Related Fees
- Return shipping fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- Non-refundable initial shipping fees: Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- Restocking fee: A 3% restocking fee will apply to all authorized returns, except for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase:

- Gift cards: A new gift card will be issued for the refunded amount.
